The raw material, at the base of our preparations, is chosen with care daily, to offer a product of absolute freshness and quality. Piedmontese are cured meats, meats, fruit and vegetables and cheeses.

Fresh pasta, bread, focaccia and desserts are strictly of our production. For the making of bread and focaccia we use stone-ground organic flours and mother yeast. Cooking takes place only after a long leavening.

In the summer you can enjoy our dishes outdoors under a pergola shaded by a fragrant jasmine and a very luxuriant kiwi. The outdoor area is completed by a covered outdoor area ideal for group lunches and dinners.

We have favored Piedmontese producers in particular with regard to red wines and some white wines. There is no shortage of "Bubbles". The proposal of our gins and our tonics is very rich that we personalize with botanicals chosen by you, according to your tastes. Also noteworthy is the availability of Single Malt, Bourbon, Blended, Rhum and Grappa.
